In order to be happy, content and healthy, it is important that we build a positive relationship with ourselves. Understanding our needs and values and aligning our life choices with our belief system helps us to have a goal that is healthy for us. “It begins with self-awareness and self-acceptance, acknowledging and embracing both your strengths and weaknesses without judgment.
